Simplifying Restaurant Reservations
Many restaurants still depend on telephone calls, messages or manual reservation records. This concept explores how a simple digital booking system can make the reservation process easier for both guests and restaurant staff.
The application includes a customer-facing booking interface and an administration dashboard where reservation requests can be viewed, confirmed, cancelled or removed.

How the Reservation Process Works
1. Select Date & Time
The guest selects the preferred reservation date and available time.

WORKING PROTOTYPE
Current Demo Version
The current prototype runs entirely in the browser. Reservation information is stored using local browser storage, allowing the customer booking page and admin dashboard to work together without a production backend.
A production version could later use a database, authentication, real-time availability, automated confirmations and restaurant-specific configuration.
